Pumpkin Pie Dessert Squares
These pumpkin pie dessert squares are the easiest Thanksgiving dessert ever! This recipe is another fun find from my Grandma Sharon’s recipe collection!
Pumpkin Pie Dessert Squares
Ingredients
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- ½ cup butter melted
Filling
- 3 cups pumpkin pie mix
- 2 eggs
- ⅔ cup milk
Topping
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon to taste
- ¼ cup butter soft
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Combine cake mix, melted butter and 1 then pour into greased 9×13 or 8×8 baking pan – note if you use the 8×8 the crust will be thicker
- Press into pan
- Combine filling ingredients until smooth then pour over crust
- Combine ingredients for topping and then sprinkle over top of filling
- Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean
