Pumpkin Pie Dessert Squares
Ingredients
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- ½ cup butter melted
Filling
- 3 cups pumpkin pie mix
- 2 eggs
- ⅔ cup milk
Topping
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon to taste
- ¼ cup butter soft
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Combine cake mix, melted butter and 1 then pour into greased 9x13 or 8x8 baking pan - note if you use the 8x8 the crust will be thicker
- Press into pan
- Combine filling ingredients until smooth then pour over crust
- Combine ingredients for topping and then sprinkle over top of filling
- Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean
