13 Nights of Halloween – Night 12
Happy night before Halloween! On this Halloween-eve I bring you a VERY special treat: my Aunt Liz’s sausage balls!! To make these little cuties extra spooky, just add an olive and some ketchup or sriracha to make spooky sausage eye balls!!
Aunt Liz’s Sausage Balls
Ingredients
- 1 lb hot sausage
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 10 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- few drops Tobasco
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Let sausage come to room temperature
- Mix bisquick and sausage with hands
- Melt cheese in a double boiler
- Pour melted cheese into sausage mixture
- Make into balls
- Bake for 15 minutes
Notes
To make spooky, add olives and ketchup or sriracha to make into eyeballs!
