13 Nights of Halloween – Night 10
On this 10th night of the 13 Nights of Halloween, I bring you mummy meatloaf!! These cute little mini meatloaves are dressed up with mashed potatoes and olives. While my go-to meatloaf recipe is Skinnytaste’s sheet pan turkey meatloaf, feel free to use whatever recipe you prefer! While you can use a plastic bag to pipe the mashed potatoes onto the meatloaf, I would recommend using a piping tip like this Wilton one.
Mini Mummy Meatloaf
Equipment
- Wilton #789 Piping Tip (or equivalent)
Ingredients
- mini meatloaf
- mashed potatoes
- sliced olives
Instructions
- Make favorite meatloaf recipe
- Make mashed potatoes then fill piping bad with mashed potatoes
- Pipe mashed potatoes over mini meatloaves in mummy-like fashion
- Top with olives
