Hamburger Salad
All the deliciousness of a hamburger, with a healthier vibe. This is probably one of my favorite salads just because it is so easy and SO good. The sauce is a perfect blend of all the good hamburger condiments and it just works so well with the lettuce (and other toppings).

- add garlic and cook for ~ 1 minute
- add hamburger back into the pan and then add the sauce
- let sauce warm and reduce slightly, about 5 minutes, then remove from heat
