Dad’s Ham Salad
Growing up, we always had our traditional Easter dinner around 1:00 PM on Easter Sunday. When dinner time rolled around, my dad would make this ham salad and my sister and I would go NUTS. This recipe is based on the classic Betty Crocker recipe, but my dad adds sweet relish and uses a food processor to create the perfect consistency. This ham salad is pretty much the greatest salad ever.

- 1 ½ cups chopped ham
- ½ cup mayo
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ cup celery chopped
- ¼ cup onion chopped
- 2 tbsp sweet relish
- 1 tsp mustard
