No Fuss Crockpot Curry Chicken Dip
Today is a sacred day in the Myers’ household: the Raider’s first game!!! In honor of this exciting event, I turned my mother in law’s famous curry dip into a crockpot friendly chicken dip!! This is the perfect game day recipe because you throw it all into a crockpot and let the crock pot do the work until game time!
Crockpot Curry Chicken Dip
A warm chicken curry dip that pairs perfectly with tortilla chips, bread and vegetables!
Ingredients
- ½ lb chicken breast cooked and shredded
- 12 oz reduced fat cream cheese
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1-2 tsp curry powder to taste
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1½ tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all but herbs, curry powder and chicken to crock pot and set over medium heat until melted
- Stir well then add chicken, herbs and curry powder (to taste)
- Stir well then switch crockpot to warm, stirring occasionally, until ready to serve
- Serve with tortilla chips, bread, crackers and vegetables
