Grandma Bray’s Pumpkin Bread

OMG y’all. This pumpkin bread is AMAZING. Even David, who is Mr. I hate everything pumpkin flavored, thought this bread was really good. It has ALLL the Fall spices and a hint of pumpkin that isn’t super overwhelming. I am kind of obsessed. While this recipe is for two big loaves, I have this super cute fall loaf pan so I made little mini loaves! How cute is this thing? If using a mini loaf pan, be sure to reduce the cooking time!

Grandma Bray’s Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
  

  • cup butter
  • 3 cup sugar
  • cup canned pumpkin
  • cup water
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 3⅓ cup flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Cream butter and sugar
  • Add pumpkin, water and eggs
  • Add rest then pour into loaf pan
  • Bake for 1 hour

Notes

Reduce baking time if using mini loaf pan like I did in photos
