Rainbow Fruit Salad
Can y’all believe it is already March?! It seems like we are still recovering from March 2020! I am kicking off the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations a wee bit early with this rainbow fruit salad. This could not be an easier breakfast/snack/dessert. You just layer fruit in the color of the rainbow in a large glass then top with whipped cream and gold sprinkles – gotta have that pot o’ gold! You can use whatever properly colored fruit you would like, but I used:
Red – Strawberries
Orange – Cuties (I mean are these not the best fruit ever??)
Yellow – Fresh pineapple
Green – Green grapes
Blue – Blueberries
Indigo – Blackberries
Violet – Purple grapes
I used this super handy milkshake glass from amazon to layer the fruit!

Ingredients
- strawberries chopped
- raspberries
- tangerines/oranges
- cantaloupe chopped
- apricots chopped
- pineapple chopped
- bananas sliced
- green grapes
- kiwi chopped
- honeydew melon chopped
- blueberries
- blackberries
- purple grapes
- whipped cream for topping
- gold sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Layer in rainbow fashion using fruit of choice
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkles
