Appetizers

Herby Cheeseball

This cheeseball is the easiest appetizer ever! I have lightened it up with reduced fat cream cheese and reduced fat cheeses, but feel free to use your favorite cheeses! Cheeseballs always seem so fancy to me, but they seriously could not be any easier to make. All you have to do is throw everything into a stand mixer with the paddle attachment and let the mixer do the work! Then form a ball and coat the outside of the cheeseball in some shredded cheddar and you are good to go!
