M&M Cookies
Happy 17th Day of December! Today’s cookie is a very versatile m&m cookie recipe. This cookie really could not be simpler to make. You can really use any m&m you like, but I tend to stick with the classic Christmas colored ones to get that ~festive~ feel. The best part of this recipe is that it is super easy to customize to your own taste. While I will be giving you the basic recipe today, tomorrow I will put a festive spin by adding a bit of peppermint – so stay tuned!

Super versatile cookie with m&ms
Ingredients
- 1½ cup flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup butter soft
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ cup m&ms
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Combine dry ingredients and set aside
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- Add egg and vanilla
- Slowly add dry mixture until dough forms
- Mix in m&ms then scoop cookies out with cookie scoop and place on lined baking sheet
- Bake 7-9 minutes
