Pumpkin Hand Pie

Happy Halloween, Y’all!!! We have made it to the end of the countdown! Today’s ~spooky~ recipe is a super simple jack o’ lantern hand pie! These little Poptart-like cuties use leftover pumpkin butter to fill them and they are carved like a little jack o’ lantern! While I used pumpkin butter, you can, of course, fill these hand pies with whatever you desire.

  • Spoon 1 tbsp of pumpkin jam into center of pumpkin doughs that are not carved
  • Brush the eqq white around the edges of the pumpkins with the pumpkin butter and place carved pumpkin dough on top, pressing very gently – you don't want the butter to ooze out!
