Easy Grilled Pork Chops
Grilled pork chops are one of my favorite summertime dinners. I am a firm believer in Fall starting immediately after Labor Day, which means we have been grilling all the summer foods during these last few weeks of summer! I usually prefer the bone in pork chops, but since they are hard to find during these crazy times, we have recently been going with boneless pork chops. These go great with cauliflower rice, potatoes or a nice side salad!
