Blueberry and Granola Breakfast Bowl
Every single morning I make these blueberry and granola breakfast bowls that are essentially a dismantled parfait with vanilla yogurt, blueberries and granola. I usually make my own granola using oats, some sort of cereal (usually Corn Flakes, but check out the festive Rice Krispies I used this time around), honey, coconut oil, mini chocolate chips and dried cranberries. I generally use vanilla Greek yogurt, but sometimes I like to mix it up with plain Greek yogurt (and a drizzle of honey) or regular vanilla yogurt. The best part of this breakfast is that it is so customizable. Also – how cute is this bowl? I got this super cute set of Sweese bowls and I am OBSESSED. They came in different shades of blue and I am finding that I want to use them for just about everything. I mean, how good does this look?

Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Instructions
- put yogurt in a bowl
- top with berries and granola
