Oven Beef Jerky
OMG. Did you guys know you can make beef jerky in the oven!?! My dad got a smoker last year and he occasionally blesses us with some homemade beef jerky that is just out of this world. I have been really wanting some, but he has been working on building my sister a table so my dozens of jerky requests have been repeatedly ignored (#rude). Well, I decided to take matters into my own hands and tried to make jerky in the oven and GUESS WHAT. It was AWESOME.
