25 Days of Cookies: Day 7

Have you ever really wanted to try a recipe but it just seemed too fancy? Well that recipe for me was for Linzer cookies. I mean just look at these cuties. They are SO fancy. BUT I tried this recipe from King Arthur and it was SO EASY. I substituted cranberry jam for the raspberry jam and WOW. I am obsessed.
