25 Days of Cookies: Day 11
On the 11th day of the 25 Days of Cookies I bring you these healthy little gingerbread protein bites! These no bake cookies are made with vanilla protein powder, carrots and dates!
Gingerbread Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 12 dates
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 large carrot peeled and roughly chopped
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ginger scant
- small pinch of nutmeg
- small pinch of allspice
- small pinch cloves
- splash of almond milk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except almond milk in bowl and combine
- When all ingredients are mixed together, add just enough milk to form a dough
- Scoop out using cookie scoop and then refrigerate until firm
- Transfer to storage container and store in fridge
