Aunt Trish’s Sloppy Joes
Happy Family Friday! This Friday, I am featuring a summertime staple: my Aunt Trish’s easy peasy sloppy joes. Every single year at Waupaca (our family’s annual reunion at our old – like built in the 1800s old and doesn’t have air conditioning- cabin on the Chain of Lakes in Wisconsin), my Aunt Trish makes these with her AMAZING baked beans and a FANTASTIC snickers salad. Anyways, her sloppy joes are probably one of the best of the Waupaca meals (which is a high bar). You will not believe how easy yet delicious this recipe is. They are even good leftover and cold. It is actually incredible. On a side note – can we talk about how cute this Nora Fleming flag mini is?? I am so obsessed. I love all my Noras, but this might just be one of my favorite.
