Christmas Berry Galette
This galette is seriously SO good. Cranberries, blueberries and raspberries are the perfect berry trio for this festive treat.

Ingredients
- 1 12 inch pie dough
- 2 cups cranberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp coarse sugar
Instructions
- preheat oven to 400°F
- combine sugar, cinnamon and corn starch in small bowl or ramekin
- combine berries in medium sized bowl and toss with vanilla and lemon juice
- coat berries with sugar/cinnamon/corn starch mixture
- roll out 12 inch crust to ~13 inches
- pour berry mixture into center and then fold edges over berries, pleating every few inches
- make egg wash by combining egg and water, then brush the edges of the galette with the egg wash
- sprinkle edges with coarse sugar
- bake 25-30 minutes until crust is golden and berries are bubbling
- cool before slicing
