Hamburger Balls
A super simple hamburger onion mixture rolled up in pizza dough! Serve with ketchup and ranch for the most delicious appetizer ever!

- edible marker
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 sweet onion minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- seasoned salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tube store bought pizza dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Saute onion in olive oil and season with salt and pepper
- Add hamburger and cook until browned
- Season with seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper, to taste
- Roll out store bought pizza crust and cut into circles
- Press 1 tbsp of meat mixture into center of circles and pull dough around forming a ball
- Add stem with remaining dough
- Bake for ~20 minutes, until starting to turn brown
- When cooled, use edible marker to draw jack o lantern face on ball
