13 Nights of Halloween

13 Nights of Halloween: Night 13

Happy Halloween, yall!! On this very festive day, I bring you an oldie but a goodie: ~spooky~ air fried scotch eggs. While you can use any meat you want, I like to make scotch eggs with turkey sausage. I used some sriracha and black olives to make these eggs ~spooky~. The sriracha was a bit spicy, so feel free to use ketchup to get the same effect. While you can hard boil your own eggs, I like to just buy them already hard boiled.
