Christmas Kitch Cookies
On the 24th day of the 25 Days of Cookies, I bring you the Christmas Kitch Cookies! These are a festive version of the everything but the kitchen sink cookies, with potato chips, m&ms and marshmallows added to the mix. I know, they sound weird but they work!!
Christmas Kitch Cookies
A festive version of everything but the kitchen sink cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup marshmallows
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup red and green m&ms
- 1/2 cup Christmas sprinkles
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup Cape Cod potato chips
- 1/4 cup crushed candy canes optional
Instructions
- mix together flour, baking soda and baking powder – set aside
- mix sugar and butter, add egg and then vanilla
- add dry ingredients to wet ingredients
- when combined, add marshmallows, m&ms, potato chips, sprinkles and if you're feeling extra festive, candy canes and mix until just incorporated- be careful not to overmix at this stage
- scoop out into cookies using a 1-2 tbsp cookie scoop and put dough in refrigerator for ~30 minutes
- preheat oven to 350°F
- bake cookies ~ 9 minutes
