Aunt Trish’s Peanut Butter Cookies

Happy family Friday, y’all! This week, I am featuring my awesome Aunt Trish’s peanut butter cookies. While most people know these as peanut butter blossoms, our family refers to them as Aunt Trish’s peanut butter cookies because she makes a huge batch of these cookies every single year for our family reunion. They are soft yet chewy and they just have the BEST flavor. These are pretty much the only peanut butter cookies I really like.
