Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage
easy peasy corned beef and cabbage in the slow cooker

corned beef

ground
thyme

beer
Instructions
in slow cooker, layer veggies and then place corned beef on top - fat side up
pour seasoning packet on corned beef and sprinkle ground thyme on top
add beer and then water to crock pot, filling so that just the top of the corned beef is out of the water
cook on high for 5 hours or on low for 10 hours
I tend to cut all the fat off the top before serving, but if you're into that kind of thing - go for it!
