Chocolate Cherry Protein Balls

easy peasy protein balls packed with all the good stuff - cherries, protein powder, almond butter and dates

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder
  • 12 dates
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup dried cherries
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • almond milk
  • ½ cup mini vegan chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Roughly chop ¼ cup of cherries
  • In a food processor, food process the dates and the ½ cup of the cherries until they are finely chopped
  • Combine dried fruit with the rest of the ingredients, adding just enough milk to form a dough
  • Scoop out with a cookie scoop and roll into a ball
  • Store in the refrigerator
