Chocolate Cherry Protein Balls
easy peasy protein balls packed with all the good stuff - cherries, protein powder, almond butter and dates

- ½ cup chocolate protein powder
- 12 dates
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¾ cup dried cherries
- ¼ cup almond butter
- almond milk
- ½ cup mini vegan chocolate chips optional
Roughly chop ¼ cup of cherries
In a food processor, food process the dates and the ½ cup of the cherries until they are finely chopped
Combine dried fruit with the rest of the ingredients, adding just enough milk to form a dough
Scoop out with a cookie scoop and roll into a ball
Store in the refrigerator
