Skinny Pumpkin Cheeseball

Equipment

  • rubber bands or twine

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz 1/3 fat cream cheese soft
  • 1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp sriracha
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp worcestershire
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp dried chives
  • rod pretzel

Instructions
 

  • Combine all except 1/2 cup cheddar cheese with mixer
  • Shape into ball and then roll in the rest of the cheese until coated
  • Wrap twice in plastic wrap
  • Use rubber bands to make 8 sections into ball then flatten ball slightly so looks like a pumpkin
  • Refrigerate overnight
  • Cut off rubber bands right before serving then carefully unwrap plastic wrap
  • Top with tip of pretzel to make stem
